To redeem the value associated with the customer’s Gift Certificate for cash, you will be required to;
- Obtain the Gift Certificate code
- Obtain Photo Identification from the customer including two of the following;
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- Citizenship Card
Note: Only the Recipient whose name is on the Gift Certificate can redeem it for cash! Do not proceed if the information does not match else this can be grounds for reversal from the Reseller’s account and possible legal action!
- Verify that the customer is the same as the Recipient whose name is on the Gift Certificate
Process Example:
- Gift Certificate value: US$10.00
- Service fee is 10%
- Local Currency: BBD (Barbados $)
- login to your account on https://www.uonmobi.com
- Go to Dashboard
- Select Gift Certificate
- Click on Redeem
- Enter the Gift Certificate number
- Select the Country where the GC is being redeemed to obtain the currency conversion
- Enter the Recipient’s ID information and type
- Click on Proceed
- Gives the customer USD$9.00 (BBD$18.00) in this example
- Your Reseller’s account will be credited with USD$9.00 of Air-Time as compensation for paying the customer
- Your Reseller’s account will also be credited with 15 POINTS for commission.
